PREVENTION OF WORK ACCIDENTS
The Polaris lithium batteries are dimensioned for each process in order to eliminate the daily replacement of the battery, thus avoiding accidents due to the handling of heavy loads.
OPTIMISING INTERNAL DISPLACEMENTS
The battery charging room is relocated allowing to optimise work places with specific chargers per zone. Displacements and energy are saved, and unnecessary traffic is avoided in the workshops.
NO RISK OF SPILLAGE OR EXPLOSION
Polaris Lithium technology uses LiFePo4, sealed and secure cells. Substituting the lead-acid batteries that emit H2 hidrogen (explosive) in the charge and may cause acid spills (sulfuric acid).
IT'S A CLEAN TECHNOLOGY
LiFePO4 does not contain contaminating heavy metals or corrosive acids, it is easily recycable and reusable.

At Endurance we supply our lithium batteries with high frequency chargers (last generation chargers). Theseare 12% more efficient and ten times faster than thoseused in traditional lead chargers.
Thanks to the ultra fast charge, you can recharge the battery without needing to change it. You will make opportunity charges, only using dead times, such as scheduled breaks, shift changes, etc.
In addition to this, our batteries can incorporate an additional power connector, which will facilitate this oppotunity load, since you will not have to disconnect the machine from your battery during the charging process.
You will not need a second battery
In a 3-shift workday, the lead battery remains in charge a full shift and you need a battery in standby to continue working. Endurance Lithium batteries will be operational for the whole day without the need for replacement thanks to the opportunity charge.
